Château Guillotin wines have been blended and then bottled using the un-oaked part of our production, then aged in Inox stainless steel vats.
They are therefore fruitier by nature, when younger they are full with red fruits, lively in the mouth with juicy fresh tannins. The older vintages are more complex in structure with black fruits (cherry, plum…) predominant, they also have drier silkier tannins.
